Try this. Click end turn until a drop down starts dropping down the left side of the screen and double click a colony you own as quickly as you can react to seeing the drop down start. Then, when you click the done button on the planet view, notice where the drop down is. On mine, it is still sitting where I interrupted its descent.
Then, on the next turn, it jumps to where it should be.
