I just installed the game, and when I try to start my first game, I get to the screen to pick my race and from that point forward, only the lower, right side of my screen will refresh.  I'm not sure how else to describe it, other than just a little square area in the lower, right side of my screen is the only part of the screen that refreshes.  That pretty much makes that game unplayable for me.  As anybody else seen this?  

The only thing odd about my setup is that I'm using DisplayLink for video.  I'm not sure why that would cause such a problem, but I figured I should mention it.
