I-League and other things

GalCiv wiki (is that site actually being updated? it doesn't have any TA info...) has a small article about
League of Independent Systems.
WTF is this? Have ever met it? Is it in TA still?

EDIT i just remembered that english.str or something like, contained lines about Rebels and Moralists... what are those?

As I recall (it has been some time since I've seen it), I-League is the result of a mega event in which planets with low morale rebel against their owners, forming a new minor race. It is similar in that way to the Jagged Knife event in that a new minor race appears in control of multiple planets.

Either that, or I think there is another event in which a new minor race is formed from some of the planets of evil races (but I have only had that one once, so I don't remember hardly anything about it).

Oh... well i play pretty short games... i never get to see many mega events.
Let's see, i've met JK once, unlimited range, plague... maybe some others, some of these twice maybe. Not many and certainly not all.
Apparently i have to keep waiting and hope to see some of them.

I used to see the I League quite a bit in DL, IIRC IQofSpam is correct that it it usually happened as a revolt of unhappy planets that usually (but not always) affected evil races worst. I haven't seen it yet in TA, but I've been playing recently with mega events turned off, and that probably makes a difference.
