I know that twilight of the anor is still in beta but I have been having fun playing during my vacation over Christmas

I created and immense galaxy with I think 8 opponents, playing as myself leader of the Humans, with an aim to win a tech victory. For note running into the Terrans with the same symbols, ships and galaxy colors can be very confusing lol.

Anyway I reached technology victory, the clocks began blinking 42, the robot said hold on tight here it comes, then nothing

I played a few more turns, got a few more techs but even after reloading no tech victory?

Is it not yet possible to win a tech victory or perhaps my game was just screwed?

I can upload the final save if that will help
