I just received my preorder copy from www.ebgames.com today and it was the regular edition. I did get a Gal Civ II thingy wrapped in shrinkwrap/hard cardboard (separately) with the game (I think it's the tech tree poster). The problem is that Brad said initially that EB and Gamestop preorders would get the Collector's Edition. I felt deceived.
