I have been accused of playing on a team before, when in fact its a pug. Also there is not something magical about having 3 people than know each other that causes one team to win. Maybe just make a game yourself that says "no pros".
Miyamiya
yeah I use an azerty keyboard as well, so it was a pain at first. luckily enough using q and e to rotate isn't too bad, so I got used to it.
Gets my stamp of approval ^^ It is important for players to learn that fortitude flag is extremely important, especially those I see wasting gold on locking down the middle flag.
it would be better if you could rate players as a personal reminder, rather than have it shared publicly
In practice priests run out of mana rather quickly. I often get the chance to duel Sedna + Monks vs Sedna + Armor/HP at level 1. While the monks keep you up at 100 percent health longer, it quickly drops off after a few hits, leading the Armor/HP to win.
I like how halfway through he gave up on commas
This list seems to be a random compilation of senseless changes just because you lost as TB a couple times. The one thing that needs to be changed in Blood of the Fallen compared to other items, and what you proposed shows you have no idea why it is good.
Honestly, the best way to balance in my opinion is an official tournament. Then you can see what choices the highest level players make instead of what is just popular (though your method would work for a lot of useless items/skills). The glaring abnormality I am thinking of is regulus, who while popular, is certainly not the most powerful demigod. I remember back in the days where I played wow arena, someone did a graph of rating vs. number of each class. Yo
Honestly towers are good for everything, they don't die too easily and are cheap to replace. I often put them up to defend myself against demigods, but blasting away creeps is never a bad thing. I will even use them as tanks to soak up damage from enemy towers so I can autoattack them, but that is usually a more risky move. As for priests, they have recently decreased the xp and gold per kill. I find them to be an extremely good asset allowing me
Blood of the Fallen is a must have favor item. Vlemish Faceguard is nice for mana issues. As for demigods, there is little difference between assassins and generals in most cases. My two recommendations: Unclean Beast = Good solid heavy hitter Sedna = TANK (not support, not minions), pounce hits really hard. And for reference: Qot = Difficult to play support, healer. Rook = D
Rook is the hardest demigod to play correctly. You seem to have the proper skills selected, not taking towers above level 2 is extremely important to know. I would suggest taking blood of the fallen, scalemail, and banded armor as starting items. For towers, you don't want them directly on top of the flag, try placing them more towards the enemy and make them run through them as long as possible before they get to you. Also using the archer upgrades you can kite th
The potions and scrolls are there so that a skilled player does not have to walk back to base after killing a demigod, especially towards the end where the health crystal might be extremely far away and the benefits of the extra gold are minimal compared to the time lost.
For most characters, I would highly recommend Blood of the Fallen, Scalemail, Banded Armor, Nemoth Chest Armor, and Vlemish helm. There are variations, but its an extremely cheap and powerful way to itemize. With the except of wand of speed that tormaksaber already mentioned, speed items are not a viable way to build most characters.
Now what I want to know, is can you find the demigod that was just previewed to us in the files. If so, I would imagine that this is in fact the next demigod. If not, its possible that he was just scrapped a long time ago for design reasons.
Sedna is not support, sedna is a tank. Regulus is not dps, regulus is support. Also, try ashkandor. There are few problems it cannot fix lol.
As for balance, it depends heavily on the range of the abilities/cooldowns/damage, all of which we don't know.
I've gotten it twice, both in response to clicking "join game" As for the cause, the game I tried to join often disappears from the list on refresh, so I would think its a lobby that is no longer active but still appearing on the list, possibly due to the host's connection failing.
I would rather them buff some of the other favor items. Also, definitely nerf charm of life lol.
Doubles isn't a problem. There is no advantage.
When someone dies in the first few minutes it gives only a small amount of gold and xp. It is very easy to come back and win if it was a good player who just made a careless mistake. The thing that scares me the most, are the 5 other deaths that usually follow. That said I never leave until its over.
Regulus is one of the best demigods when it comes to killing minions. With mines and a point into angelic fury you should have no problems fighting them. Domination might be a problem however because regulus is more endgame than erebus.
I've never seen you in any pro games. Also the majority of good players use custom instead of pantheon, so they have crappy rank.
I should clarify, and I should mention I have not done any research on the current ranking mechanism simply because of the obvious exploits and the resulting lack of interest. If it is displayed in game however, I suddenly do have interest in it recording properly. However... If we go by win percentage, there are several common situations which throw off win percentage: 1. Playing pro only games vs. stomping around in noob only games 2. Playing with
If the ranking system worked I might support that.
It might matter if I used more than 1 favor item lol.
