So, my latest game has been quite a epic one. It a gigantic map with either few or uncommon habitable planets. After many years and many bloody battles it came down to just 4 races, mine being in second place. My military is pretty huge, the largest infact and there wasnt really any techs I havnt researched that I thought would really benifit me that much, since my economy was booming, my science was pretty decent and really no one can stand in my way besides the Altarians,

Not really, I didnt know i could view there planets like my own at that level though, thanks for the response. Maybe seeiing what techs they were reasearching would be nice......

So, I have a high level of espionage against the yor, but how do I view the info my spys have been gathering?

This is the most current debugg, Ive started another new game to see if it will happen again. I should probaly just uninstall everything and reinstall but.... well now every save game i have crashes the game, I can start a new game, and the ships textures are kinda fracked up

well that didnt work :( The game will work until a certain point, and then it crashes. Its now crashing on the load of the previous save, before it was just the auto save that crashed, now its the savefile I made right before the crash.

ok, updated the game and it still crashes. Yargh!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I made a post a few days ago about my game crashing every time on the same turn. I started a new game and the same thing is happening. FRUSTRATION!!! Anyways, any help is apreciated, I may just have to uninstall and re install. This is with TA. So, im playing on a huge map, about 2/3ish the way threw the game and then I get invaded, and after the showdown screen the game crashs. everytime. So i decided to put a ship there so they couldnt invade, still crashes on the same turn. Help! This is for Twilight of arnor, is there a diferant debugg.err I should use? And thanks for any help! So, If I say for some crazy reason decide to have a 8 planet filled with farming, and the pop max grows very large will that hurt that happyness of my planet? And what is the "ideal population" for a 8 planet, and say a 10 planet

I think you would, I mean its basicly civilizations in space, with a ship builder. If you ask me, the ship builder is one of the neatest things. You can design how they look, what weapons, shields, boosters, ect. If you wanted, you could build the star ship enterprise, x-wings, ect. 1. If i give a bunch of ships to race A, will the ships automaticly teleport into there territory, or will they move from there current location. I ask because the yor are attacking the Acaens, whom I kinda have fondness for...even though they have been ****s in the past. But not as much as the Yor 2. Wonders boost my over all percentage, not just that planets right? Example: If i get the troop wonder, all my planets will get a boost in soldering, right?<

Im guessing you have the physical install cd, so just install on both computers. Impulse wouldnt be neccessary, but for updates they are so you might want to get it anyways, couldnt hurt. No limited installs with this game. Go stardock!

So, Ive been playing this game on my laptop, which in theory should beable to run it. Stats: dual pent 4 @1.7 ghz 2 gigs ram Internal Intel Graphics chip(im pretty sure this is why. Im glad this thing was free) The game runs great tell about mid game then it goes down to 5-10 frames per second in busy areas. Well, personally I'd say get the ultimate bundle, but start off with dread lords. Im not sure about dark avatar, but in the Twilight expansion im getting pwned by the AI on normal. Which is good, but if I hadnt started on dread lords..... The expansion is very much worth it though. Yeah...I could see that...but couldnt you also just add a missle deflector to your ship? Sure it takes more space, but wouldnt a combo armor do the same? I could see maybe it takes less space....but ehh I dont really see it working out

Lets just pretend they thought I had there back, like they relised I didnt want a alliance, because of how the rest of the races would look at me for siding with a evil race. I think thats one thing that I find really fun about this game, and any RPG or civilization type game, is creating your own story/dialogue as the game goes along.

Ohh my last save was the new game...Oh well, It wasnt the first time playing threw it...so i wasnt sad enough to never play it again...just didnt play it for a few months. Currently on my 3rd play threw, this one I started with a charactor in first BG and carried over to bg2. Im gonna try and get threw the throne of bhaal. I feel your pain. Unrelated story, but somewhat similar. I was playing Bauldur's gate 2, around 5th chapter and the save files somehow became corrupt. Not knowing this, I started a new game and piddled around, overwriting auto saves and quick saves. Ahhh The loss of hours of gaming!!!
