Trading ships, wonders, and toxic worlds

1. If i give a bunch of ships to race A, will the ships automaticly teleport into there territory, or will they move from there current location. I ask because the yor are attacking the Acaens, whom I kinda have fondness for...even though they have been ****s in the past. But not as much as the Yor

2. Wonders boost my over all percentage, not just that planets right? Example: If i get the troop wonder, all my planets will get a boost in soldering, right?

3. A world that is radioactive, or has heavy gravity or something just turned to my side, and im trying to build stuff there but it says "never" is this because I dont have the tech to colonize these planets?

On #1: They stay where they were and just change possession. The new owners have to drive it home.

#2: I am 90% certain Galatic Wonders and Trade goods are civilization wide, and Super Projects are planetary. You can usually tell by reading the Informational lines by there picture.

#3: Only giving you a 50/50 on this one, but I believe that would be true.

1. Not at all + I never ever saw the computer use any ship you give him, perhaps after a lot of turns but I doubt it

2. by wonder I guess you're talking about galactic achievements, in general they tend to but that's not the case everytime

Tir Quan Training boost all your civilization soldiering

but "Omega Research Center" only boost the planet's research

#1 The closer the gifted ships are to a recipient held planet, the better. If they are very far away it will take several weeks to get to them, and they need to be within the recipients range for them to bring them back to one of their planets.

They will use them if they can. If you can get the ships right next to one of their planets before giving them away, they should be picked up within one or two turns.
