Has anybody been doing the ZYW on a regular basis on TA. The best score I have been able to manage is 49,000 on a gigantic map. Anybody out there crushing that on TA? Also, is it best to ALWAYS finish on April 8th or should you build some infrastructure and finish in December.

Question Does the Metaverse flag for cheating if you up the research time to 'fast' from 'normal'. It just played about 4 games and the only thing I changed was research speed on the last game.

It always seems that when I get there with my transports the AI has just snuck out a colony ship and got one planet elsewhere. I then I get there around June. I have been using the Drath tech tree and I dont go against Thalan. Is that a major Factor?
These are some things I notice that will affect relations with AI that you have 'good' relations with. Do you pay tribute to races at all to up their relationship with you? One thing I've have noticed is if you pay tribute to race that they are at war with or hostle towards your relation with that race you have 'good' relations will suffer. Also, If your declare war on a race that has 'good' relations with the race you have 'good' relations with it will suffer.<br /
