Where's my chain saw? and sawed off shot gun? B movies though they are, the Evil Dead, ED2, and Army of Darkness were hysterical. You would absolutely have to include a variety of melee weapons, including some of the less obvious. Croquet mallet, anyone? And on a more serious note, how would you handle improvised armour? I for one am not going out with less than a coat on (protect the arms from bites) and some kind of football helmet with an added neck guard. I k

Special Forces type soldiers that can capture a starbase intact. Would require a special pod added to your ship to transport these soldiers. Invasion of the starbase would be handled like ground combat (invading soldiers vs. starbase personnel). Successful invasion may damage the upgrades done to the station, depending on the type of invasion tactic used. (Here is a chance to make up new types of starbase specific invasion tactics.)
I was ballsy and thought I could do a huge galaxy at normal AI. Can you say player abuse?! This aint master of orion that's for sure!!!
Wait till you start a gigantic, all-abundant, Painful (that is my highest setting). I was pulling my hair out by the handful. That game took me over 4 weeks of steady play to finish.

I've had #3 occur twice. Once with the Drengin, who became "good" and once with the Altarians, who became "evil". Didn't help either race, as I went on to genocide each race when their time came in the respective games.

Where are my medals? This is the final straw. I will be releasing the Rosie Clones with instructions to "Politically Educate" unless my medals reappear.
the Tyranny of Courruption
??? Blessed be Nurgleth. I can see the Nurglings burrowing through your festering, puss filled corpse already. The joy of Corruption be upon you. Blessed be Nurgleth. (and if you don't know who Nurgleth is, look him up in the Warhammer (40K) universe.)
Sure can... Besides these forum wars are fun. I love seeing people tear eachother apart with words.also what people invent. Planet shields, Ancient ships... the people from stardock should hang out here, there would be plently of ideas for them to use for an update.
Don't forget the Rosie Clones. Although, I think they qualify as a bio-weapon, the extreme nastiness also qualifies as Vomit-Inducing Propaganda.
Don't forget to sent your colony ship back to your homeworld to maximise your number of colonist. Q: How do you do that? My colony ships vanish after creating a colony.
Each colony ship is a 1 time shot, IF YOU USE IT TO MAKE A NEW COLONY. Consider it being broken down for parts to create the new colony, if you like. If you use it as a shuttle between existing colonies, it will not disappear. Good luck and good hunting! <br

Join us. The Dark Side calls you. And the Rosie Clones, while useful, are not the worst of our devious weapons of mass destruction (only the nastiest).

As the first Rosie clone is surreptiously landed on SethP's homeworld, she is given her orders. "Bury them in HyperLiberal Bovine Feces." SethPenguin's first indication that something may be wrong is when an avalance of Bovine Poo begins pouring in his ThroneRoom Window. Attempting to wade through the ever-increasing piles, SethP realizes that he has made a mistake. Looking at his Penguin Monitors, he see's a virtual sea of Roise clones spouting endless torrents of HLBF. A
Today we will discuss how to prevent a law passed by this council from being broken. Now what could do to make sure a Metaverse law isn't broken is that if any player sees another player breaking a Metaverse law in the Metaverse they should report it imeadetly and the empire that the Metaverse law breaker is part of, shall be brought to this council and would be fined 1000 BC, if done a second time the fine is raised to 4000 BC and if done a third time the fine will be raised to 10,000 BC

Truly awesome achievement. To finish each game on the exact turn (okay), with identical components, displays a dedication that few of us can match. I doff my hat to you, sir. And only that mine were as magnificent as yours.

Production of each type is dependent on both the base production of each unit, along with the % used on your economy slider. EG, your capital city give 12 research pts and 12 mil/soc pts, but only if your slider is set to 100%. If your slider is set to 50%, then you get 6 pts of each (base). This is then divided further by your your allocation of mil, soc, and research in the Domestic Policy Screen. If you divide your points 3 ways (33% each) you only get 2 to 3 points of each type. <br/

Work has been a bitch lately. Everyone has this flu and the drugs are jumping off the shelves. I am only getting an hour or less per day to play. Include the interuptions and I'm lucky to get 30 min total. I hope to keep up at least 1 game per day. At say 7500 pt per game, that is 225k pts per month. I think we all can live with that. And I just checked the A/M. We are less than 200k pt behind the Diplos!

1. I don't bother. The return on trade routes is not enough to waste my time building the freighters in the first place. 2. The value of a trade route is determined by the population of the origin world, the distance traveled, and the population of the end world. For example, if you are going to trade, build 1 world with a 13B population, 1 factory, StarPort, and the rest econ and morale buildings. Then send the freighters to the capital of the most distant opponent (the capital is

Sorry, no XBox. Just me and my PC (and the Wii). No live function, I'm too cheap. I played MOO back when it was on the, gasp, Commodore 128. No kidding, I actually had one. Biggest waste of money ever. I eventually just threw it in the trash. But MOO was a great game, even on that platform. And I just kicked out 2 more year Zero wins. 17,500 pts total. That makes about 50k in the last 6 days.

What I want to know is, how does someone knock out a GIGA SUICIDAL in 4 days? or 2 in 10 days? I mean, come on. It took me 14 days to finish a GIGA period and not on suicidal. I thought I was going to go insane. I could only play for an hour at a time, then had to take a break. And is anyone else suffering from the flu? This years variant sucks! I am on day 12 (with Tamiflu) and just now getting back to normal. (Of course, I gave it to everyone else in the family, but that's me
