I do that, but it quotes my product key, and then says "Please install the GameStop PC app and logon with your GameStop/Impulse account to download this software. " I have downloaded that app, but I cannot find Gal civ II?
I bought this game ages ago, however I am having problems getting it from gamestop, I still have the product key, is there any way I can download it from steam using my product key?

I also wanted a IP - IP/Lan multiplayer option added. I have not and will not buy any expansion pack if Multi player is included. If Multiplayer is included I would go back and buy all past expansions. I think most people would be happy if there was no balancing done, leave everything as is. As far as I can see all you need is the ways to play, most people would be hapy with hotseat and IP - IP/Lan. The only aterations to gameplay would be diplomacy/negotiations between Humans. Hi Doogles, i appreciate your comments, and I agree that there would be far too much work if this game were to be a totally online multiplayer game, setting up an online server, balancing races, changing various parts of the game to adapt to this and yes it probably would spoil it. Can I find out the step by steps of what happens from when you place your order (for the game or serial code) to registering the serial and updating the game, as I believe I may have deleted stardock central from my pc, so that is one thing I need to do. doogles, who would want to be this or that race, have you not discovered that you can create a custome race. I would prefer LAN option connected via IP address, and then that would eliminate geting the players doing "dirty tricks" becuase you know who you are playing against. Also you could still play with AI oponents as well as player oponents, and so most of the special abbilities coud still be of use. I would only ever play this game with a friend or family member online, should it ever be available. The only other turn based game I have played online is Football Manager 07 which is turn based (and i only played with my brother) and if the same kind of system as that is used I cant see it being too much of a problem.
