It *is* quite a large file, and, for a while, it looked like everybody here was trying to download it at the same time. Our host had a panic attack when it started seriously affecting his other customers and so we had to come up with a way to split the load. There is something wrong with that zip file. I can see the contents, but I can't extract them - not even using WinRAR. I think it might be because there are so many nested sub-folders that the entire path exceeds 260 characters.

Thanks Brad. No online company would be able to stay in business for long if they did what he accuses Winstep of. What really gets to me is that he NEVER tried contacting me or Winstep about this issue!
