Currently playing a Crippling/Large DA game with 8 opponents. Can't seem to place any spies - have 3 available, and when I hit the palce spies button I can head into a planet screen and have a lookat what is on that planet (a nice little exploit) however I can't seem to palce any spies, despite selecting a tile with an enemy improvement on it - the 'place spy' button never becomes highlit?
