Can't we mod them in? :-p Oh wait "new planet texture SYSTEM" which means the textures themselves won't help much without the system using them...darn...worth a thought.

X-Com & Fallout have always been two of my favorite games/series - Now the Fallouts that game out available for Consoles I thought were such a damaging thing to do to the series, but thats another thread :-) Fallout3 though looks like it will be sweeeeeeet.

Does not appear to be. The Overlay files are just smallgreen smallyellow smallred but not divided up by the exotic planet types, so they all seem to use the same symbol when zoomed way out. Same with the PQ0 and PQ1 just one simple, and no xml files saying where to point.

Both those files work perfectly fine when you change them (RaceConfig.xml and CustomPlanets.xml) if you would like to send me the file or copy and paste the file I can help you out...if you can wait until tomorrow I can just give a detailed explanation of how to do it... but we have altered those both for the Star Trek Mod and I know they work and register.... Two things to remember..always start a new game...if you putting it into the mod (highly recommend never changing the s

Okay, maybe the wrong Bug section but in the library if you perform a search you can't get past the first page. I went in, tried "planet" and it returns 5 pages, when I click on "2" to see the next set, it goes back to page 2 of all mods, just an FYI

I have Vista 64bit 4 gigs RAM and 8gb - 12gb of VM...still getting it because it doesn't matter how much you have, it happens from running into the GalCiv2 1.5gb limit...(Note not just GalCiv2, I believe its all 32 bit games that have this) Nope, don't know why it happens on this game, but not other games like Civ4 and things like that.

Many/Several people are having that same problem General Pants. Including myself. I really hope someone from Stardock reads this and makes the call to pull off from TotA to fix this bug that is causing people to stop playing the game that have out already. (look through the forums, people are saying they are going to stop playing for a while) I'm all for the new expansion pack, but if bugs that were fixed are resurfacing, well take care of whats broken before building

Yeah, not going to bother to answer all the questions, but I have Civ4 fully expanded, and GalCiv2 fully expanded...and well I don't play Civ4 - I'm either modding this game for the Star Trek mod, or I'm playing the stock game, either its always more fun than anything I had in Civ4. ESPECIALLY when playing stock and I can design my own ships. While you will see people complain about things in the game and how "I can't believe the developers did this!" (which I admit i've done)...I can

AYE MEN ZYXPSILON! Well put. I agree 100 & 10% and can't wait for that X-Com mod, I love that game and I'm extremely curious to see what you come out with.

Okay, I can kind of go with you Master U on the "title of the Transformers mod" part... But the "...is taken from other games..." part I have to ask which mod that is based off of a SciFi universe doesn't? Star Trek Mod - Takes things from the Star Trek Universe already made Star Wars Mod - Takes things from the Star Wars universe already made Bab5 Mod - Takes things from the Bab5 universe already made Hitchhikers Mod - Takes things from the Hitchhikers universe already made
This is happening while I am playing the Star Trek Mod. I do not understand what can be draining the memory. I have been playing this game for a while, and it has started to do this to me recently with these updates. Any updates from Stardock that they might know what is happening?
Thanks for playing the mod Leonedas, but try the game without the mod and see if its still happening to you, may take a little longer in a real GalCiv2 game to get it, but I'm getting

Welcome guys, please be sure to report any bugs to our forum...I'm kind of nervous we don't have one reported yet... I know thats suppose to be the ideal, but trust me any smart mod maker would be cautious about not even seeing one!
