When a zinithium hull ( sorry for spelling) thing has been built on a planet do you only get the bonuses for your ships that have been built on that world or is it an empire wide bonus any thoughts would be appreciated
Hi again just visited Dell .co.uk and found a driver to download (Video: nVidia 256MB PCI Express x16 GeForce 6800, Driver, Windows XP, Multi Language, Multi System, v.77.74, A03) this is just jargen to me but will this be OK, if anyone knows can you help me out

Cheers, Where do I find the file, plus if it is outdated will I have to send my PC to a shop or something and get it updated, if so how much will this cost (i really do not know bugger all about PC's)
P.S. On the issue of drivers I have a 10 month old dell im guessing thst it will be sufficient, I really dont know anything about computers so any help will be greatly recieved
