well, if you have a saved game before they declared war, you could buy the base from them.. just my 2 cents

To Onikazi: thats exactly what im talking about, i just wasnt sure how to put exactly that into words. To Calaban: in most of my games, the AI only uses Missles. no mass or beam ever.

wow, i haveny played xcom in years. the first two were great, but they really blew it with the rest of them

Tototot: why all the hostility? galciv2 is a great game, and MooII did have some pretty weak AI.
