ive seen 3 pirate fleets. 1 was 3 small ships, total of 25 of each wep and armor stat. easy. the next had a whopping 19 large sized ships (i did the math of the logisticts) and another 20 frigates. ridicules. i thought there was a bug, cuase thats insane. a total of 249 beam 456 (!) sheild 345 missile 219 point 178 mass driver 136 armor im all like b
This is insane. i ordered galciv2 2 @%^@%&@ WEEKS AGO---------------- 2 WEEKS 2 full, 14 days, or 2 buissness weeks. this is friggin ridicules. i am posting this on a thursday, 4-6-06. i ordered it on i think the 3-23-06. this is nuts. Sup all, i think stardock should create eaither a) at LEAST 2 more websites or b) increase bandwitdth. Why? becuase time and time again, no matter the computer or connection speed, i always get the cannot be displayed screen or waiting 8 mionuetes to post something/veiw posts. its getting annoing, sometimesi cant get on at all. sorry for bad spelling.
i think this has been posted before...not sure. i checked, but i didnt see any. anyway, could you provide screenshots and gamplay examples like human drengin wars? that would be fun, and any1 looking for tips or another reason to buy this game can veiw it. maybe e-mail to stardock, b/c if every1 did it, then the bandwidth would be exeeeded. maybe stardock can pick out the good ones.

im pretty sure this has not been posted. at least, most of it. im playing galciv2 DreadL, not the beta version, my mouse always is jerky and it flickers (i have slow comp) but my point is that once, in the middle of nowhere, my screen freezes up. i can hear music. not a loop. i cant see my mouse. i can see everything normally, but its "locked". did i press the wrong butten?

i guess that makes sense. im kinda used to real-time games, so i was wondering if you could incorperate that. i guess not. you can dream, right? i guess watching them blow up is better than choosing which one.
good point. i guess im trying to say that its a optinal feature that you could use or not use, and the AI could simply do it the standered way. its mainly so you can fly your pretty ships everywere! yay! and blow up the other pretty ships of your choice! yay!

Ok, i was wodering, could you maybe in the batle cam possibly select a ship (your side, of course) and use the arrow keys or the mouse to specifically attack a ship/ dodge a ship? and you(depending on hull upgrades) could preform manuevers. e.g, a ship the has combat experience (ONLY ships with combat exp- any ship that isnt new really-must see a battle and live) when it has enough combat exp, it could possibly preform manuevers. "we know what your doing" means the ai is telling you -in 5 syllables- they know what you are doing. duh. and wouldent care really. so what. i mean, its not (depending on diff.) like their gona whoop ur butt in 2 turns. to sum up what like 5 people said, flip a coin. call it before it lands. if you win, you are lucky. end of story. i bet you can mod the games systems, but that would probably be illigal somehow, dumb, and putting the unknown into the stardock pride and joy. just a friendly suggestion.

uh oh, i look kinda outdated to you guys. i got a pentuim 3 dell dimension 4100 computer. i got xp professinal with 863 MHz and 384 MB of RAM, dunno what vidoe/sound card i got. i know that meets some requirements, but would this hamper my gameplay (eg slow it down, pixeltated etc) an any way,shape, or form? thanks
Im no expert, but often, (no offense stardock) if you have window blinds, i do, and it rocks, but IF you do, then you are aware of the irratating pop-up that occurs. (i did NOT download from stardock, from window blinds.com or something) that pop-up could be your problem. when i was playing age of mythology, the game locked up and froze, and the mose nearly died. i closed the window, and *bing* window blinds unavodable pop-up. this could be your proble

You know, i think its both. becuase its happened to me too, but i took advantage of it and crused like 3 fleets just waiting for no reason. but if you click and tem and veiw info, or send a scout of whatnot to go whoop butt, they "snap out of it" sometimes.
