Stupid question, did you check your code because of o (oooooohhhhhh) and 0 (zero)? Often these two are mixed up.

The beta-versions are only pulished by stardoc central. there go to games and at the bottom select "show pre-release versions" then you will have access to the beta-versions.

It would appear that you're using the focus option on the planet screen; the entire point of that is that you -(very inefficiently)- can convert production from the other fields into the one of your choice. If you want specialization = focus in my post. Please take a look on my post.
Hi, I noticed (latest beta b4) a little problem because of the transfered social production: Without specializiation Military: 23 Sozial: 22 Weeks: 7 With specializiation Military: 26 Sozial: 11 Weeks: 6 Both: no sicial projects The costs stay the same in both cases. I don't understand this, because in the first way there are 45 points spent, in the second one 37.

It's a bug in the german files of b3.014, this has been fixed in b3.015, but because you are using the translation from stardock central, you still have the files of b3.014. You can fix this by editing the planetimprovements.xml and search for "Xeno Industrial Theory" replace this by "XenoIndustrialTheory" and restart (reload will not help) a new game. If you don't want to edit the files by hand contact me in irc.st

It isn't that strange when you look in deep to it. Most times this problem occurs when you read a number from a file, let's say there is wirtten: value=1,000 now you simply say "read("value")" in your code. the rest depends on your libraries you are using, most simpy give this read-request to the operation system, and this sees: 1,000 -> hey, the user told me the "," is his seperator, so he wants me to tell him "1" or 1,0
please show the max population of the planet. I'm sick of calculating this number over and over again, I think such numbers have to be shown in the menue, maybe as a tooltip on the left planeticon.
