I like to see a way that 's similar to Alpha Centauri, where you can bribe/convinced/intimadate other races to vote for the same cause in the up coming election. good idea ! could be further implemented with an election of some "ruler of UP" which also has a "VETO" or perhaps the "ruler of UP"

So that a planet with 14 influence buildings and 1 farm generates more cash then one with 7 farms and 8 influence buildings. I guess you meant influence instead of "cash" in that sentence. otherwise thanks for your input kolpo <img src="http://images.stardock.com/gc2/T_DL/smiles/Smile.gif" borde
I believe that if you don't agree to the EULA the publisher is required to give you a refund even if the store you bought it from won't. -Dewar good luck on that one !
what was the budget for galciv 2 release ? (if you are able to deliver that kind of information of course) I'm just curious the biggest point for me I think is the customization of your race + design your own ship next is the amount of information explaining where you are, how well you are doing, how things work ...
ho and I forgot to say : ln = Napierian logarithm (a math function for those who don't know) edit: does someone know what was the formulae of the 1.0X taxrate ?
The alternative formula I've been playing around with is: Base Tax Income = Population^1.02 / 100 Therefore: NOW: Population = 15B = 122bc Population = 10B = 100bc Population = 5B = 70bc Population = 1B = 31bc PROPOSED: Population = 15B = 181bc Population = 10B = 120bc Population = 5B = 60bc Population = 1B = 11bc
just to say that I agree 100% with the first post I also liked master of magic by the way
what version of the game will it be based on ? v1.0X ? or v1.1 ?
thanks for the insight kalin
I belong to group number 3 more or less I like to see why things happens and not have to experiment everything before I get a hand at how it works and what's the best way to become powerful enough to beat them all
it's obviously a problem with floats no need to change your whole regional options ... just go to : Regional option/currency once there change : "Decimal symbol" to "." instead of "," this "decimal symbol" problem is widely spread among applications many software & games have or had it....
hello everyone, I'm interested in buying Galciv 2 in the future (or perhaps I'll make my girlfriend buy it for me ) anyway, I would like to know about two things : -will the problem with regional options in windows 2000 be fixed in 1.1 ? -how to acquire the additional ship jewellery of the collector edition ? for example I often buy my games there : www.play.com (because it's cheap + free delivery in france !)<
