Heh, Spearthrower, you missed the point. I did nothing except make peace. Now that I think of it, I didn't use any techs. I just gave em peace, after ripping half their planets appart. Making "peace" was the only thing that made them surrender to me. That after the AI told me stuff like "Shaking your right hand while prepearing the knife with the other" before I asked them for peace.

Try passing turns while in the galactic view, not planetary.
I would think it depends on your economy, silders, and crap. But I'm propably wrong!
I was trying to invade an empire that day, had about 50 billion troops on the way, I cleverly bought peace with the race, and positioned everything to start the invasion. I passed the turn, and got a message from the AI. It was long, and explained why he can't do anything about it because his intelligence is too low. To sum it up, he said, "I just wanted you to know that I know what you're doing.". I lol'd. At this point I really admired the AI. Then I
Omg, noo, now I can never play that game again. It will just makes me feel bad Damn my personality.
What's up with this tech? It doesn't seem to give any improvements at all. sounds like a huge bug or something to me. Can anyone confirm?

Won't let me edit :o Also, another thing, just btw, I noticed that social (and possibly military; stuff that use the factories) production, which uses the factories, increases your potential industrial capacity. Meaning that, you you can throw more money at stuff. Researching, however, does not, it just uses your research facilities, which do not contribute to your industrial capacity. So, if you have a planet, with both factories, and resea
First of all, I'd like to say that the game is FULL with TONS of small bugs, sometimes they're annoying, sometimes not, but still. Now to your question, Zild. First of all, stop messing with the numbers. If you have a factory, then you have a factory. It makes stuff. If you have any percentage of your industrial capacity ( spending ) put into social production, the factory will use a % of its potential. That's all there is to it.<
I personally like the pokemon thing. The one where your planet's population has come up with this cruel sick game to stick poor innocent animals in small balls and pit them against eachother, and you have to choose an action
I think they are beavers tbh Anyway, the Q of the planet is 12, but you get like 5-6 more spots from terraforming. I tweaked it a bit still no cool vortex to double it <img src="http://images.stardock.com/gc2/T_DL/smiles/Mad.gif" border=0 ALIGN
Where shall I upload it then? and yeh I saw 'em evil beavers.
Hmm? It works for me >_
Right click and "View Image" perhaps? they don't show up for me either, but the link works.
Second pic is but it won't let me edit :\
Check out my empire! My Civ is called Teddies United, led by the infamous Lord Fluffy. In my most recent scenario, huge galaxy, I built this cool empire... here are some pics :> Nice, ain't it? those are like 15 or something eco starbases with about 20 modules each. Now for my homeworld, Toys R' Us: <img src="http://img104.imageshack.u
Yeah I get it now. I finished the mission, but I had no military forces at all. the aliens kept dissing me about it too "ah, how is our weakling friend doing?" it took me a decent amount of time, but on my third try, I managed to get a massive economy running, with almost 800 bc a week, I researched the all of the yellow techs, and much more in the areas outside a
I bought this game a couple of days ago, didn't get much sleep I was doing this mission where I gotta make this race ally with me. Ok, np, I thought, and started building my empire. I decided to go with diplomacy and influence. On one hand, I was enjoying myself, ripping off the aliens and getting tons of free moneyz! On the other, my influence efforts weren't as fruitful. I thought t
