Machine SID? in Games Support Stardock Forums

Hi, I just posted this, but I think it was in the wrong forum: I just d/led both GalCiv II expansion packs, and they appear to have installed ok, but when I try to run the game I get an error: "The product appears to be validated but the serial number or the machine SID don't match" What's up with this? Thanx. J
