Sorry, I can't say that I've ever heard of an empire that has ever used that motto. There are however plenty of empires that would love to have you aboard. Why not check out the Galactic Empire. We're currently 7th and trying to work our way back to the top.
Aside from combining all of your scores together empires are there to forster a sence of community between players. In them players can gather around a concept or a theme they like, and discuss their latest game, trade strategies and become friends. Empires can also compete against each other for the top spot in the metaverse. Joining one is not required, but it can be fun and add to the overall experience of the game. Just a question. What about those of us who won the Character Creation contest a while back. I'm assuming at this point that our copy will be mailed out with the rest of the pre-orders, or will they be handled differently somehow? I can't really download anything since I never actually pre-ordered. I feel bad bringing it up, but I'm curious as to how they are being handled.

I am also interested in the "at large" position that you are posing. I've been dormant for a little while but I'm getting back into things, and would love a chance to serve the community. I have plenty of free time most days, so reading and writing should not be a problem at all. Just point me in the right dirrection and I'll do whatever is needed.
No need to apologize. The Galactic Empire has been in the midst of its final throughs for some time now. At this point I am unsure if the old GE can be revived. As far as I know everyone except you and I are either inactive or have left by this point. I, as well, am considering moving on. It may be time to just let her go. We don't necessarily have to, as there is always hope, but it does look pretty grim.

I've never played MoM, but I would love to see a new XCom game. XCom Enforcer really killed the franchise and it would be great to see it make a comeback. I loved Enemy Unknown and Terror From the Deep as well as Interceptor. If you guys were to do a new one I would snatch it up in an instant.

Also don't forget that just because a race is conquered doesn't mean that they are going to be wiped out. The Drath and the Altarians have formed a sort of alliance if you remember. With those two working together I don't think either is going to get wasted really, though it is possible. My bet is on the Arceans and the Torians.
