There is a disturbance in the Force. It seems that there's a conspiracy against the jedi in the metaverse. Both Grand Admiral Sherbert and I are having problems uploading finished games. Thats why I at least haven't been able to upload any games yet.

What's going on that you can't submit?

When I finish a game and tell it to submit the game logs on to the metaverse and then says that its uploading for a while. Then a box with this message:
(16) The results of this game could not be posted to the Metaverse.
comes up and it asks me if I want to try again. The same thing comes up every time.

That is strange. You might want to post something on the Metaverse Help thread in the bug report section.

I already have posted on the help thread, no response from anybody. I just posted a game I started today by retiring and it worked, yet it said I used cheat codes! I have no clue what's going on.

Hi Sirian, nice to see you back on the GC galaxy. Will Realms Beyond start another succession game for GC2

I don't know yet. I obtained a military conquest on the highest possible difficulty setting on just my fourth game (third on the meta). I'm not sure yet if GC2 is sufficiently different from GC1 to hold my interest for an extended period of time. RB is certainly active with Civ4 succession games, but Civ4 is a bit sturdier at the moment in terms of holding up to the rigors of top flight strategists. If GC2 does turn out to have legs for me, or for other RBers, then it's likely you'll see variants and SGs and the other cultural type stuff you recall from us for GC1.

I do like these Lemonhead Smileys(TM) though.

I decided to join the Jedi Republic. In GalCiv 1, I was a member of G.R.O.S.S. because I always play as an evil character and I liked their sense of humor, but since my character has always been a Sith Lord type rather then a pirate, I decided it was more appropriate to go with the Star Wars theme of the Jedi Republic. I hope it is alright for the Jedi Republic to have some of us evil Sith among your ranks as well as the good Jedi.

Hey guys! I've been playing the game a bunch and have moved into the top 300 and the #1 top scoring Jedi member. I hope all is well at the temple. I talked to a few of you back on the old GalCiv 1 forums.

Unfortunately things are pretty dead here on the GC2 side (even before Alex's server died and took the site with it, actually).

And your scores (Cakewalk on very evil) are ridiculously convicing that you are a good leader. I mean, there's only so many people who can win on those levels.

I never realized you had an empire of your own Kryo. Is this a subsidiary of the Diplomats?   

The Jedi Republic has been around for a long time. A lot of good guys used to play GalCiv1.

What happened?

Glad to see there is still a little life left in the old JR.  

TGE I don't really know what happened exactly. We were all fired up and ready to go at the begining but after that, everything just went dead.
