All right, I quit. It is not working for me. I already tried the download seven times to no avail. To who I have to talk to cancel my preorder?

Yes, just now it finished downloading the mutimedia package gc2_Multimedia.sdc file and failed installing it. I was wrong about the downloading. The SDC manages to download the files but it fails to install the package and restart downloading the file from the server again from the beginning. I don't understand how it managed to install the main file (the game) but is failing to install the movies, tutorials and multimedia. <TABLE cellpadding=8 width="95%" align
