ok that was it, i started with 1.31 and then upgraded to 1.4 is there ne way to allow my score to count or at least erase it?

when i most certainly did not. i dont even use casual mods. if its of any relevance, the computer actually cheated against me. when i declared war on them, out of the the blue hundreds if not thousands of corvettes appeared. the entire map was literally covered in yellow. when i tried setting ships on auto attack, they said nothing was in attack range (bs). so yea, just wondering if that matter could be cleared up.

whenever i hit ctrl + n to start a new game, i have to relogin to the metaverse and go through all the various menus over and over again instead of the game circumventing that automatically. it really bugs me

whenever i hit ctrl + n to generate a new map, tha game makes me re login to the metaverse and go thorugh all the rigarimole of makin a new game (glaxy sizes, victory conditions, races, etc) and in the middle of that, the opening window describing the races reception of hyperdrive and thier goals appears in the middle of the galaxy conditions screen!

true, but around fifty percent of the time u dont get a bonus decision. so in the time it takes you tobuild antoher colony ship, thats time you have lost to develop this hypothetical "10" planet which will be much more useful (eg can hold more industry = more colony ships)

the problem with Yor is not miniturization, its the fact they have too many bonus's, minturazation alone is VERY powerfull its the equiverlent of enhanced minturization right from the start, couple that with 100% loyalty, all there other bonus's well, i dunno about you, but i would never let another

i've been playing good lately, and of course, we all know that good races never attack other good races, so what do i do? i make a game with the torians, altarians, iconians, and drath, all good and neutrals. well thats great, they're all friends with me. bad news, they're all friends with each other. so halfway thorugh the game, they're all allied together, so i decalre war on one, i declare war on all =/ however, one thing saved. in GC1 e

u noe what, rather than making several out there races, why not make custom races playable by the AI? the only thing that would be different is that you would have to select their morality like u did in GC1.

were you building structures or ships? that increases ur planetary maintainence and ship maintainence costs. in my experience, conquering a race or two gives me pop and tax boost that evens things out or it could be that ur trade was fulctuating a bit.

here it is, when i open my finances window, all the data is off center, and the exit or "done" button doesn't work and i come up with the shown message. the only way i can exit is by hitting f1 to get to my ships menu =/

civilization capitals suck. it gves enuff food for 15 billion, but not enuff morale boosties, like the standard colony. so i have to build 4 or 5 entertainment centers, on a word thats only 10 or 15, thats half or a third of my squares blocked out! i just don't get it

what do these bonuses do? government interest rates, courage (vs soldiering?) creativity luck(u get better numbers when assualting planets?)

early game, i've just researched mini balls(they're the least space conserving) and i have ion drive. i slap an ion drive and a miniballs onto a small hull, all told costs 70 whatever that number means. i then later research mass driver IV, 4dmg pts to the minibals paltry 1 pt, so i upgrade the design, now costing 135 i think, but then the computer wants to charge me 80,000+ to upgrade 23 ships that are all stationed on planets!! what happened to the mineable planet quality resource? i rememeber reading about it in a GC1 manual or sumthin. personally, i never saw one in the game, but it must've been there. =/ my question is will that resource be in GC2? while we're on bonuses, what about an economic bonus on planets in addition to morale, industry, food, etc.?
