You probably know by now . . but they are back. [e digicons]\o/[/e]
Nobody beats me on Sins, though
Heh . . beat you at galciv too (but not by much)
Hmm . . read this post on forums.impulsedriven. URL highlighting and related posts don't show up there. Sorry, carry on.
Edit - My apologies, Zubaz. I wasn't intending to cause you any discomfort and I don't really need to respond to Balatar666, regardless of the content.
Your post was fine as it stood. Honestly, I was trying to convey the sadness I was feeling that some people can't be helped because they choose not to be helped. There is only so much teh community can try to do. Thank you (and everyone else) who tried ot help Balatar. Youare what makes this community
so please post the link here or in a new news post. I dont want to hunt around "Impulse""driven""".net for it.
http://www.impulsedriven.com/ Upper right corner.
You can always post at the Wincustomize Site Issue forum. The engine is the same and the same devs support the sites. Make sure to post the URL that you are having trouble with, what you were trying to do, and what browser you were doing it with. https://forums.wincustomize.com/forum/188
I may be the minority here . . but I want nothing in the manual but how to use the UI. I wanted to learn the tech trees and how to play each race. I want to put myself in the role of the galactic administrator and make mistakes buildign the "wrong" building. Tables adn graphs and such don't make a game to me . . they make work. ;)
See . . now I *have* to get a Wii.
Who knows, this game may turn out to be like Societies, which is vaporware.
Being pushed back doesn't mean vaporware. I find your lack of faith disturbing
There are some amazing DX coders over at wincustomize. They often dig questions like what you have. Try posting over at https://forums.wincustomize.com/forum/37 You may have to give them script and screenshots to play with as I don't know if they are GalCiv players.
Nice review
I think I heard in Brad's podast yesterday that there will be 7 editors released with Twilight. That should keep us all busy until they get around to GalCiv3. :CONGRAT:
Congrats Scott!
Make sure to check out Sins of a Solar Empire.
Can't wait to be able to start pushing it too my political friends! :CONGRAT:
The wife says :
BoogieBac:*cough*Holiday Knights*cough* 'Uh...what got changed again?' ;) Looking forward to beta4
"Nothing on earth is forcing you to install the beta versions. It can get rough on the bleeding edge. " -- Kris Kwilas, 'Essays on Mind and Matter' In the end . . it'll
Next year: Twilight #! !!
I may be crazy . . but even teh parts of the trees I know the path for I try to play as if I don't. In the real world sometimes you just don't know what's going to come out of research. Crazy, huh?
What tools do I need to mod the UI? If memory serves, I think it was a Stardock product.
Unless Stardock sells talent . . you are out of luck. you'll need that as much as DX (and some graphics program).
I think a game that only had the tactical view some have professed here would be reviewed poorly and sell accordingly. Me, I play mostly in tactical view but enjoy zooming in to watch stuff now pretty often.
15-Jan Release Polish of previous editions
The Poles always get stuff before me. Zubaz moves to Warsaw!
I'm down with praising my future wife (after my current wife comes to her senses and runs off).
Thanks for taking the time to write this out. Stardock is a good company filled with good people that make good products. Lucky us!
