Product Key retrieval not working

I'm trying to re-install Stardock Fences but each time I try to retrieve my product key, the emails are not coming through to my account. The retrieval page confirms that the email has been sent but still nothing, it is infuriating. Yes, I've also checked my Spam/Junk folder and not there either.......
