Amazon Pre-Order question

Hi everyone,

I have a question about the pre-order option from amazon.com. The purchase page states that people who pre-order will get special content and such. Then at the end of the page it links to several online retailers who have the pre-order edition. Amazon.com also has Galciv2 listed and it has an option to pre-order. So I'm wondering if this is just the regular version which will be shipped when ready if its truly the pre-order edition. The reason I'd like to use Amazon is that I have a gift credit on my account there. Thanks for your time and attention.

I had asked the basic same question through emailing customer service here at Stardock and thier response was that I should get the extra content with the preorder. Also listed here in the forums there is another similar question in which they answered that no matter where you purchased the game, you would receive the extra content pre order game. Hope this helps
