Im pretty sure this is a bug but I wasnt sure...
so I load up a game and oh about 40 turns into it I get my first message about the Terran Alliance being big mean and evil and killing everyone... Well I checked the political influence and they were safely on the other side of the map so I wasnt really worried (At all). I had just started to pump out my first set of large ships when im greeted by the terran alliance (around turn 80 or so) and what do you know but there ship they send to great me is a dreadnought and loaded to bare.
So I opend a chat to see what techs they have to trade and theyve got.... ALL of them
I belive it happened because I'd just loaded up the "Battle of the gods" scenarior started it and went back to the main menu and restarted in a normal universe. Selected my custom race (The Humans) and went to town.
i'm pretty sure they started with them all (however ive been unable to reproduce this) Another odd thing i noticed about that game was the computer AI's somehow always had 10 to 30k money to trade me every 8 to 12 turns (even the ones with one planet).
it was a very bizzare game - if you want the save file for it let me know otherwise ill chalk this up to "strange unreproducable stuff"
