okay, so u get interstellar republic all the way to star federation. and u get more money. but there is a problem. whenever i get to star federation i max out my spending to 100% but i still have money im not spending. ok well who doesn't llike extra money? well true but i wish i could funnel that into projects and research, etc. Galciv 1 did this where it apparently reduced your cash, but what it actually did was give you more and it increased your room for economic growth. and thats what i would like to see GC2 do as well
