It seems that GC2 is trying to make a move from GC1's "Morale" as a factor to "Approval" as a factor . Or maybe I have this wrong. There are still morale bonuses and the space resource. But Approval takes the place of morale on the planet list. Yet, I do not find approval bonuses on social projects, etc. (unless I have missed something). It seems a bit confusing, at least to me. Should they be the same? Should they be different? Do we need both?
