Just started the beta -- it looks good, but unfortunately I haven't been able to get very far in any games because of a bug. When switching back to GalCiv II from another application, I will often get a dialog box that says simply "Invalid Call." I click OK (the only option), and then GalCiv immedaitely closes. Hopefully this will be fixed by launch -- the way I am, I need to be able to check my email while working on a game. Regardless, the game looks good.
