I can't download the beta!!

i got the pre-order, but i can't get the beta!

I pre-ordered GalCiv II, so i'm allowed into the beta. I download stardock central, and then download GalCiv 2. Execpt the computer i download it to isn't good enough to run GalCiv 2. So try the process n a better computer, but the download gets to 36% and then has an error of some sort. Can somebody help me!?
