Newly built Starport defaults to Defender production

On a number of my colonies, I have built a Starport and seen the initial production set to Defender. Defender ship model is not even in my list of ships. I believe this is happening on planets that I invaded and captured from another race.

Newly created Starports should ALWAYS default to Starport Idle.

GC1 has the same problem and still does ive noticed that alot in GC1 actaully all the time... i guess its somting they forget or didn't care about to fix... what ever it will be dealt with...

I believe Cari said once, somewhere in the forum, that you were intended to be able to finish building a ship that you 'captured' in mid-production even without the tech.

it can be a good thing or a bad thing you can produce leet ship from a enemy that you decimated with supeiror numbers and take its ship...
