While clicking in turn on the population, military, economy, research, and influence graphs, when I hit the influence graph the screen went blank, I got the hourglass cursor, and there it sat. I eventually killed it with the task manager. Sorry I don't have anything more concrete to send you - I've tried to recreate it and have not been able to.
