Beta 3a - "Information warfare" always win ?

Atacked a planet with 1K troops , planet has 19k troops , becouse of I.W. 2-3K switched to my side , killed 9K so I guess the had to have ~8K troops left but I conqured the planet.

That was 2nd time , 1st time saw the same behaviour but did not recorded numbers.


Btw: another small related thing - I had +1400 in trasury , IW. cost 3000 if I am not mistaken but it still allowed me to use it (making me -1700) .
Is it OK that it allows to purches stuff when you do not have money ?

I guess not... you should have like gone bankrupt... had less than -500bc you should have....

GC1 and GC2 have a concept of negative balance in the treasury. In GC1 if the balance was worse than -500BC then the overall approval rate started to plummet (and I mean real fast). My guess is that when the real support for morale gets put into GC2 (beta 4, from what I read) that we will see a severe penalty for allowing our treasury to go into the red.

This is secondary "bug" , the first one is a real one.

Erm also when ur treasury was below 500bc all expensives were cut whenever possible so you could regain ur treasury after the treasury was restored expensives resumed
