Bug: New ship modules not listed on tech descriptions

In many cases, a new technology advance does not list what new ship modules it unlocks. This makes it hard to plan out research goals.

EXAMPLE: Improved Star Scanning unlocks the Star Scanner mk II, but this is not listed anywhere. You have to go to the ship design screen and see what "new stuff" is in there.
