So, I had just alt-tabbed out of GalCiv to browse this forum, and then alt-tabbed back into the game, when i noticed this weird graphic: hxxp://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y17/Asmodean_dk/Galciv.jpg
I have no idea if the alt-tabbing had anything to do with it, or not. When that image is near the edge of the screen, it changes to this: hxxp://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y17/Asmodean_dk/Galciv2.jpg
Advancing turn, accessing planet screens etc. does not make it go away.
My system specs:
AMD Athlon XP 2200+
512 MB RAM
Geforce4 MX 440 w/128 MB
Latest nVidia drivers (71.84)
Win XP SP 2
