Neowin reports that MS has released a Critical Update for Flash earlier than its March "Patch Tuesday" for multiple Windows platforms (Ext. link).

Got mine.
the other way of looking at it is... it's very late given flash patches aren't comboed into other win10 patches anyway and so shouldn't have been delayed.
