Well now that you mention it was an inconvenience and I don't understand why this has to happen. One would think that you folks should be able to see that these things do not happen. A refund to our subscription that covers the downtime would be appreciated.
Just had to get that in Island Dog before someone else did. Of course I was just kidding, but you know what, I feel a whole lot more relaxed now.
