In my Windows 7 Pro, I currently have the Task Manager without a menu bar, which means that I can't access the other windows apart from Applications. This means that if a program has partially closed but is still resident in memory, I can't access the Processes bar to terminate it completely. What button do I need to press to bring back the menu bar in Task Manager? I would be very appreciative, since it's been like this for ages. It's time to get some help to fix it for good.
