Hi all,

I've been playing a great game of GC2. However, one thing that is bothering me is that it seems like the minor races are immune to the effects of influence. Space mines owned by the major races are getting flipped quite frequently, but I've had a number of space mines in my territory owned by minor races and they aren't. The skull and crossbones icon is only yellow despite saying "Foreign influence on this mining base is 999999.90 times the mining base owner's influence."

My assumption is that, either by design or by defect, they are immune to influence flips. However, I wanted to check here. Is there anything I can do to take over their space mines in my territory peacefully?
