Successful assimilation of Thielbahr I, Class 13.
Designation: THI-1-13
Notable resources:
>THI-1-13 possesses a moon. Raw materials from mining this moon are estimated to increase productivity by 10%.
>Contact Report<
22Apr2227
We have made contact with our first non-Collective civilization. Our projections were incorrect: We encountered not a organic species, but a cybernetic one as they entered our space from the galactic west. Though we are lacking in the appropriate translation software, we were able to communicate in an inefficient fashion utilizing binary code. The cybernetic race identifies itself as the "Dark Yor". We have no knowledge of contact with this race, and our shared name and appearance cannot be coincidence. We will keep the Dark Yor under observation.
>The Dark Yor has proven through observation to be hyper-aggressive towards all organic life. They may prove useful to the Collective, and should be considered potential applicants.

Successful assimilation of Thielbahr III, Class 8.
Designation: THI-3-8
Notable resources:
>Two well-preserved ruins of past civilizations, each estimated to increase our intergalactic influence by 100% each through attracting organics to view them.
Event Report:
After initial assimilation, the Collective became aware of large (10m+ long) native organics, non-sentient. These organics have made no threatening moves, but their presence is disruptive to the efficiency of the local Collective. Their termination has boosted efficiency by 1%.

1Aug2227
We have made contact with our first organic race. Though unable to communicate, we are able to deduce that they are "Drengin". Each stands taller than a Yor (Over 2m) and appears to possess both mammalian and reptilian features. Analysis of their transmissions lead us to believe they are inherently violent, though they possess impressive cunning for an organic species.
We will maintain observation on these Drengin for the time being, and discern their eligibility for the Unity, or their potential value as tools.
>>>Dark Yor Update...
We have located the Dark Yor homeworld in the Cluster to the G-west of the Collective Cluster. Analysis of their world shows no similarities in technology, form, or organization between the Dark Yor and ourselves. We covertly acquired a Dark Yor specimen for examination, and have discerned no similarities in function or creation between our forms aside from being cybernetic organisms. At this time, we speculate that the "Dark Yor" are either a rogue synthetic organism that was "inspired" by tales of Yor to adopt the name, or else attempts to recreate us. Regardless, we shall continue our observations on this species.

Successful assimilation of Rhea V, Class 8.
Designation: RHE-5-8
Notable resources:
>A moon estimated to increase productivity by 10%.
>Mineral deposits estimated to increase production by 100%.
>A mineral power source estimated to improve efficiency by 100%.
>>> Scans from Collective Flagship "Harbinger" have revealed that the organics known as the "Drengin" have colonized Midgard V, Class 5, on the edge of Collective space, G-North of AND-3-8. We lack the military means to repel them.
N-1 algorithms initialized... processing.... processing... processing...
The Drengin will be allowed to stay on Midgard V for the time being, and the Collective will not interfere with future attempts by the organics to colonize Collective space. We have determined that the violent organics known as the Drengin may prove to be valuable allies in the future, and their proximity will allow us to study them further to determine potential value. {End}
>>> The Drengin have contacted us using rudimentary translators, and have expressed a desire to form a "United Planets" coalition. This "Coalition" does not represent any formal alliance, but rather is a intergalactic council that would determine treaties, agreements, and policy affecting our races and future relations. This could be used to our advantage, and so we have agreed to become a part of this United Planets.
>United Planets Report<
1Jan2228
The first United Planets meeting between the Yor Collective and the Drengin Empire saw an exchange of technology between our two civilizations, and other civilizations through the Drengin. N-1 saw the benefit of this exchange, as allowing other races access to basic Collective infrastructure would potentially make our future efforts to convert worlds easier as our more efficient infrastructure could already be in place.
>In exchange for basic infrastructure technologies, the Collective received....
Universal Translators... Xeno Communications... Planetary Improvements... Soil Enhancement... Xeno Research... Xeno Biology... Diplomatic Relations... Basic Logistics... General Life Support... Trade... Advanced Trade... Master Trade... New Propulsion Techniques... Xeno Economics... Xeno Industrial Theory... Nano Materials... Scientific Method Implementation... War Rooms... Interstellar Navigation... Strategic Analysis... Space Weapons... Xeno Slavery... Unconventional Warfare...
>> We have used the technologies gained to improve our efficiency, and have gained a number of useful applications as a result:
>The discovery of Navigation Center technology, which will improve the speed of ships manufactures on worlds possessing such a center.
>Recruitment Centers which increase our ability to draw organics into the Unity, and improve our economic efforts, being added to the Collective Development Protocol.
>>Manufacturing of Economic Capitals and Manufacturing Capitals has begun on Iconia.

Successfully assimilated Hough IV, Class 7.
Designation: HOU-4-7
Notable resources:
>Alien artifacts estimated to boost research and development by 100%.
>Mineral deposits estimated to increase production by 100%.
>>> New scans of organic telemetry and communications reveal the following updated information regarding borders and populations in the current Galaxy:

>Contact Report<
22Jan2228
We have made contact with an organic species known as the "Paulos" as they entered our space near the Dubhe system, from G-West. The Paulos appear to be a variety of amphibian organic, with a short, squat build. Initial analysis suggests they are short-tempered and prone to acts of retribution, with little long-term sight. Cooperation is unlikely, will continue observations. We estimate their homeworld is in the Dark Yor cluster, and will undergo efforts to locate it for further study.

15Feb2228
Successfully assimilated Alderan II, Class 7.
Designation: ALD-2-7
Notable Resources:
>Mineral deposits estimated to increase production by 100%.
>Alien ruins which will increase influence by 100%.
Event report:
Shortly after assimilation, our Collectives encountered native organisms, non-sentient. Though they posed no threat, their presence interfered with the efficiency of our Collectives on ALD-2-7, and so they were terminated, resulting in a 22% increase to efficiency.
>>> We have begun expanding into the Dark Yor cluster. Assimilators are en route to new worlds.
>>> Iconia has temporarily halted the production of Assimilators. N-1 has determined the need for increased contact with organic species in order to learn more about their behaviors, technology, society, and other aspects deemed useful information to the Collective, and so the production of Traders has begun.
>Assimilation Report<
22Feb2228
Successfully assimilated Ymir II, Class 6.
Designation: YMI-2-6-R (Designated for Research purposes)
Notable resources:
>Alien artifacts estimated to boost research and development by 100%.
>Fertile land that will increase the effectiveness of Charging Stalks by 100%.
Event Report:
We have discovered underwater cities in highly advanced domes. Such domes would prove invaluable as research centers for the Collective. The inhabitants have been removed from the domes, and terminated as they proved incapable of survival outside of their aquatic cities. The domes have been converted into research centers connected through the Matrix, and are estimated to increase our research and development by 55%.

22Feb2228
We have encountered an organic race known as the "Jessuins" by discovering their homeworld on the G-western edge of Drengin space. Superficially, they are similar to the Paulos, but display a markedly different set of behaviors. Analysis suggests no threat, and no potential for alliance. Observations will continue.
>>> Recent data shows a large growth in the Collective, with our population reaching 24.3 billion (24,300,000,000) individuals within the Unity. The majority of this number comes from the creation of new Yor lifeforms, though we are experiencing a growing number of "converts": Organics who choose to join the Unity and shed their organic essence to become a part of the Collective. Such organics are augmented with cybernetic systems beyond their normal capabilites, including replacement of fragile organs, reinforcement of primitive mineral endoskeleton, enhancement of rudimentary organic sensory organs, and upgrades to organic brain systems with use of behavior modification and neural processing. While unlikely to live more than 3 centuries, such converts prove valuable to the production of the Collective.
>>> Trade Collectives finish design and production, and have been dispatched to the homeworlds of organic species. Each Trade Collective carries a variety of resources, mineral and organic, as well as simple technology, date, and other "trade goods" that we can use in exchange with the organics to provide an economic boost for the Collective, and learn more regarding the organics.

15Apr2225
We have established contact with the organics known as the Altarians as three Altarian Resistance scouts entered Collective space from their own cluster to the G-East. Analysis indicated that their culture revolves around such naive concepts as virtue, justice, and harmony. Their weak culture is further demonstrated by their lack of significant military power, and their failure to expand beyond their home cluster's limited worlds (Long-range scans indicate they have only inhabited three worlds, two of which are present in their home system). The Altarians will pose no threat, and can be dealt with at the earliest possible convenience. The Altarians will make an excellent first target for their few worlds and technology.
>>> Harbinger has entered the Drengin Cluster and will continue to beam its findings to the Core Collective.

>Alien ruins estimated to boost influence by 100%.
>>> AND-3-8 has completed basic Soil Enhancement, improving the Class of the Planet to 9. Planet designation updated to AND-3-9.
>>> The Drengin have colonized Hestia I, Class 5, in Collective space, G-North of Iconia. Their colonization has been ignored, and observations continue.
>>> THI-1-13 has been designated for production purposes. Planet designation updated to THI-1-13-F. Production of Assimilators for increased expansion begins 22Jun2228.
>>> Trade route established with the Altarian Resistance on 1Jul2228. This trade route is estimated to greatly increase our understanding of the organic species.
>>> THI-2-8 has completed basic Soil Enhancement, improving the Class of the Planet to 9. Planet designation updated to THI-2-9.
>>> HAD-1-9 has completed basic Soil Enhancement, improving the Class of the Planet to 10. Planet has been designated for production, and the planet designation updated to HAD-1-10-F.
>>> Drengin colonize Shugar IV, Class 5, G-Northeast of AND-3-9. Observations on Drengin activity continue.
>>> On 8Sep2228 Harbinger discovers a strange crystal floating at the edge of the Altaria system. Harbinger's scanners detect powerful energy signatures not seen by the Collective since the days of the Dread Lords. We are unable to study the crystal while the Altarians remain in the Altarian system, but analysis of the crystal has become a priority.
>>> Trade route established with the Drengin Empire on 8Sep2228. This trade route is estimated to greatly increase our understanding of the organic species.
>>> YMI-1-8 Has completed basic Soil Enhancement, improving the Class of the Planet to 9. Planet has been designated for production and the planet designation updated to YMI-1-9-F.
>>> The Paulos homeworld is discovered 22Oct2228 in the Dark Yor Cluster, G-South of MAR-1-9. Analysis of the world confirms previous judgement that the Paulos are an unstable, self-concerned species who are unlikely to beneficially join the Collective or form a productive alliance.
>>> On 1Nov2228 the first of many Survey Probes is launched from Iconia. Each Survey Probe is equipped with the best the Collective possesses in sensor technology, propulsion systems, and long-range capability in order to explore the galaxy, investigate anomalies, and gather intelligence on organic life.

8Nov2228
Monitoring of the organic communication transmissions has revealed that an as of yet unencountered organic civilization, the Dominion of Korx, has had a internal strife in which a new state religion has drastically altered the ethical standing of the government. Where our analysis had determined the Korx were primarily a self-serving race of merchants who dealt in weapons, slaves, and war profiteering, the government appears now to be dedicated to social justice, fair trade, and stopping the spread of "evil" in the Galaxy.
This revelation poses a obstacle, as we had predicted the Korx would serve as a possible organic ally. This possibility has greatly decreased. We will continue to monitor the Dominion, and if possible aid a resurgence of the previous government.
>>> RHE-5-8 has completed basic Soil Enhancement, improving the Class of the Planet to 9. Planet designation updated to RHE-5-9.
>>> Trade route established with the Dark Yor on 15Nov2228. This trade route should allow us to further study this curious cybernetic species, and determine their ability to join the Collective.

15Nov2228
Successful assimilation of Wardell I, Class 5.
Designation: WAR-1-5
Notable resources:
>Highly fertile soil which will increase the effectiveness of Charging Stalks by 300%.
>Mineral deposits increasing productivity by 100%.
Event Report:
Assimilation of WAR-1-5 reveals large, dangerous native organisms. The Collective has eliminated the organisms, improving Collective effectiveness by 20%.
>United Planets Report<
1Jan2229
The United Planets, now including the Altarian Resistance, has met to determine the allocation of newly-habitable Saiph III, Class 8. The Drengin predictably voted to give it to themselves, and the Collective saw no logical reason not to vote for ourselves. The Altarians likewise voted to grant Saiph III to the Collective. We hypothesize that the Altarians did not want another world to be colonized by the Drengin, who they are at odds with (History Note: We have gathered, based on analysis of transmissions as well as information gained through trade, that the Drengin are responsible for the destruction of the primary Altarian civilization, the Altarian Empire, and the "Resistance" is all that is left of their former civilization).
Analysis of Saiph III reveals a single moon and no noticeable resources. Saiph III is located in Drengin space, and offers no material or strategic value. Saiph III has been traded to the Drengin in exchange for technology and credits.
>>> Recent analysis of transmissions, beacons, ship movements, and trade routes has determined the current borders and populations of the Galaxy:

We have made contact with the Dominion of Korx as our ships met in the Dark Yor Cluster. Our suspicions have been confirmed: They have experienced a major shift in governmental and cultural ethics. Their usefulness as a potential ally is non-existent.
>>> THI-1-13-F has completed basic Soil Enhancement, improving the Class of the Planet to 14. Planet designation updated to THI-1-14-F.
>>>N-1 has analyzed the current standing of the Yor Collective. Our population is growing, our infrastructure is established, and our economy is stable. We must begin focusing our efforts towards aggressive expansion...
