Question on posting

How do I get screenshots into an AAR?

Wasn't quite sure were to post this but hopefully someone should help me out.

I've got an AAR I'm wanting to post but I can't work out a way to include the screenshots I've got.

If anyone can think of something please let me know, preferably in simple talk (I'm not really a computer person)

Since you can't paste images directly into a post, you need to upload them to a host such as imageshack.us, then link them.
