Best ping in SWTORPosted

Hi, good afternoon!!!
I would like to ask a few questions I have:
1- I dont notice any change when I log in on any SWTOR server using WTfast. Why does this happen? when I played AION i noticed a real improvement.
2- Which port and server do you think is the best to enter an start playing SWTOR in an East Coast server if I'm on Bs. As.?
