It may be awhile before I'm in the market for a new PC, but I'll definitively include Alien Ware in the consideration list now. I'm using a Small Form Factor. I've grown accustomed to the sleekness of the smaller case. Is good to see a "dedicated gaming rig" built within one.

Alienware made a PC people can afford!?! This is a sign of the apocalypse, people.

For 700$, you could put together a better machine than that a year ago, I did.

Yah, and as far as computers go, I've seen computers that cost this much that offered a lot less to be honest. My computer I'm building has the i5-2400 and either a GTX 560(probably)/HD 6870(maybe) for around the $600-700, but again though you go with what you got and a i3-2100 (I'm assuming that's what it is anyways) is a pretty decent processor. Not sure about the graphic card as I dont have any experience with it.

I did have a alien laptop, but it was a pain in the ass to deal with. The screen got cracked after less than a month of using it and thinks just went downhill from there. That's actually not to say it wasn't Alien's fault (though I looked up and that particular model had a lot of issues). But I think most of the issues I had with it was because I tried to game with a laptop, and desktop though shouldn't be an issue.

Well, I've never been an early adapter, so I wait to see what bugs will shake out, especially when the reviews come out...

Yeah, I can understand that but the form factor will be the main thing, I don't think anyone buying "off the shelf components" can get it that small, the plus side is you can swap out vid card, ram, and the processor at a later date like you can do with current towers.....

The main thing is whatever your fiances are, this is affordable for most people versus the $2199.00 Aurora..... 

That's why I gonna wait to see what the pros say about, thanks for the insight, tell this came along, was gonna begin my quest to build one...May still do that, just playing the waiting game.....

That looks like the ideal setup for someone who wants to rebuild a new PC in 4 years. Seriously, good luck trying to upgrade that thing with that form factor. It's like one step removed from a laptop

Spent $100 more 3 years ago to build my own and it's still better value than that thing. Only thing that computer has on my tower is the smallish form factor and slightly better video card.

I wouldn't buy this.  Being able to upgrade easily is huge for me.   I think its sexy.  But that said, I'd rather have something a bit more clunky with more options. 

For folks that don't know a hell of alot of pc's, its certainly attractive.  And odds are you can buy an newer version with the best stuff for 600 in 2 years... and then 2 years after that... or you can build something custom and get your upgrades $200 at a time.
