Hello, I have made a previous post about not being able to get Galactic Civilizations 2 to work on my computer. I sent an email off to support, a ticket was created for me, but then nothing happened. Absolutely nothing.
I received in my email two days ago to see a notice saying my ticket was going to be closed unless they received a response from me and I replied to that email, pointing out how frustrating it had been and I had gone three weeks without any help or speaking with staff from Stardock. Today I received an email saying that "We are changing the status of this ticket to 'Closed' as we have not received a response from you in 48 hours. Should you wish to reopen the case, simply reply to this message and the ticket will be reopened."
I have responded to that email as well.
This is extremely frustrating for me as I have spent $30 on this game only for it not to work and I have not received any useful help from Stardock. I had hoped not to make a post on these forums pointing out what has gone wrong but I am left with no other alternative.
Barring any help on getting this game to work, is there any way I can receive a refund for this game? I used to own it for my old computer but lost the discs and it was fond memories and a chance to play the expansion that helped me buy the game. I really want the game to work however.
