GalCiv2IDE, any one have it?

Okay I been getting back in to GalCiv but since my computers reload and all my mods and tools diapered I can not find them on the internet any more. So dose any one have a copy of GalCiv2IDE or GalCiv2IDEII made by I-Mod Productions? They been having a closed beta on that program for years and I can not contact Korx so, i need to look else were.

Any one have it? And if you do please upload it to megaupload or rapidshare.
