Ultimate Edition serial is Endless Universe?

Hi.

I recently bought the Ultimate Edition from Amazon UK.

When I went to update the game on Impulse it refused saying the registration was invalid. On the game tab I have 2 games, the Ultimate Edition (by Stardock) stating it's installed and the Endless Universe (by kalypso) stating it is ready for download.

On my account profile in here it also states I've the Endless Universe.

Is the Endless Universe any different from the Ultimate Edition (it seems to me I can play DL in the Ultimate but not in the Endless)?

Is the support mail still [email protected] or is something different?

That is the difference between the two, Ultimate has everything while Endless Universe is a standalone bundle of the expansions only (Paradox still held the rights to DL in Europe at the time).

That is the correct address for support, though this may be something Kalypso will need to address. If so, our support should be able to make that determination and direct you appropriately.

Just to inform support was able to sort my problem by changing my cd-key after requesting some images of my game manual and receipt for the game.
