Scenarios

Hi, I got my GalCiv2 Ultimate Edition, every time I do a scenario, the game turns off, than a Problem and Solutions pops up every time, I could have fixed it but I didn't have Internet at the time so I couldn't fix it. Now I have internet, I don't know how to get to Problem and Solutions, so I did the senario thing again, than the Problem and Solutions didn't pop up, now I don't know how to fix it so I went to you guys, and how do you play the editors? If I was hateful at some parts, I'm sorry. Does anybody have a solution please? Will you or yall tell me?
